There is an obvious risk at a company that automates operations for a living: that its own operation is a mess held together by four people remembering things. This role exists to make sure that is not what happens.
What the work actually looks like
Planning across customers, delivery that stays on schedule, invoices that go out on time, contracts that are signed before work starts. None of it glamorous, all of it the difference between a company that scales and one that stalls at six people.
And a second half that is unusual: you automate your own work, using the same agents we sell. If it does not work for us, it does not work.
